Our Adults Day Service at our Grimsby Centre is for any individual who has a disability and is over the age of 18. Our Day Service provides a supportive environment where members can express themselves, build confidence, and connect with others. The Adults Day Service consists of exciting and educational activities that run from 10am - 12pm and 1pm - 3pm, Monday - Friday. We run classes such as Digital Skills, Mini Sports, Cooking on a budget and Music! Whether you just want to have a quiet session drawing and painting or want to be in the outdoors doing sports then we have the session for you. Our Day Service aims to promote individuals independance in these sessions and as always we aim to 'taking the 'dis' out of 'disability''
