Foresight has activities to suit everyone from creative crafts, independant living skills to learning how to manage you money and confidence building! Activity content is tailored to suit all individual needs.

Taster Sessions

If you would like to try one of our sessions before enrolling please contact us to book a free taster session and a tour of our building, no commitment required!

Dinner and Breaks

Morning sessions are 10:00 - 12:00 and afternoon sessions are 13:00 - 15:00. All sessions have a 15 minute break and a lunch break between 12:00 - 13:00. Please bring a packed lunch.

Transport
