"My name is Pat; I am married with two grown up boys, and class myself as a housewife, with life experiences.
I have worked in various roles throughout my life, from office work, working for a magazine publication, domestic assistant for the NHS, kitchen assistant in a care home setting, that then led to the position of Cook, Supervisor/Assistant Manager in a retail food store; this is where I gained my NVQ in Customer Services and Management. Unfortunately I had to give this up due to health reasons.
I like to meet people from all walks of life; I like to think that I am a good listener with a caring side. My hobbies and interest are; Sewing, at the start of the pandemic I was part of the 'For the Love of Scrubs', sewing scrubs, theatre gowns etc. for the NHS, we are all very proud of what we did when our community needed us the most. I like to bake at home, going away for short breaks and holiday in Cape Verde, what I like to call my happy place. I also love to go fishing; nothing beats sitting by the pond early in the morning, so peaceful with just nature to entertain. I am enjoying meeting and working alongside everyone at Foresight, and recently took over the role of Chair of the Staffing Subcommitte, and also sit on the Finance Subcommittee.
I am also a Trustee of the Grantham Almshouses Charity, in Scartho."
